As part of the enrolment process at Gladstone Central State School, please complete the following forms in preparation for your child's interview:

It is also necessary for all families to meet with the School Leadership Team as part of this process. A copy of the birth certificate and most recent report card will be required at the interview. Please contact the school to make an appointment.

2024 Prep enrolments
Enrolments are now being taken for Prep 2024. Please complete the above enrolment forms and return to the school office as soon as possible to secure your placement.
