Before school
For those students who
need to arrive earlier than 8.45am, the following arrangements are in place:
Students arriving prior to 8.30am
must sit in the undercover area outside G Block
At 8.30am the staff member on
duty will signal “walk and talk” and handball games can be played in the
undercover area and basketball space. Students can also choose to remain
in the undercover area.
The doors to the classroom will
open by 8.50am. For Prep students, there will be a quiet activity
available for them in the classroom at this time.
At 8.50am, the bell will signal
that students need to move to their classroom.
The playgrounds are closed in
the morning – even for those children with parent supervision. Both the
Prep-Year one playground and the 2/3 playground are closed before and
after school.
After School
Students should be collected
as soon as possible after 3pm unless students are involved in an after school
program. If students have not been collected by 3:30pm, parents will be called
to arrange appropriate supervision.
